Azahdi Vineyards Viognier 2025

“Elevated aromas of lemon cream and sabayon with delicate white blossoms, elderflower, lime zest and honeysuckle, complemented by ripe stone fruit. Rounded on the palate, with medium alcohol and body and a long finish. I can't wait to see what a little cellaring time will do to this wine.”

What does a SommWine score mean?

90+ isn’t a participation badge. It marks a wine that, in Joanne’s independent assessment, stands out for its quality and character. SommWine considers balance, concentration, complexity, expressiveness, typicity and finish.

97–100 — Classic
93–96 — Outstanding
88–92 — Very Good
84–87 — Acceptable
75–83 — Poor
50–74 — Faulty

Scores describe the wine as tasted; wines can evolve over time. Learn more about SommWine’s approach and editorial independence.
