Day 1 - Wine Training

- 15 minute review of fundamentals from previous day
- 45 minutes of theory – wine sales techniques, how to read a wine label, when to offer the next drink, how to open, serve a wine bottle

- 1.75 hour hour practical session: staff open bottles and are graded by their peers
- 15 min review and close
Day 3 - BC Wine, Food Pairing+ Exam
- BC wine region in context – 20 minutes
- the principals of wine and food pairing with food samples and wine samples – 1.5 hour

Before diving into the action, let’s make sure you schedule a chat with the one and only Joanne! She’s the service professional extraordinaire. Once you’ve had that awesome tête-à-tête, we’ll be on our way to an unforgettable session!
Make sure you connect Joanne with all your managers, or lead servers she’ll need to coordinate with. After the non-refundable deposit is paid, Joanne will be visiting your establishment to view the settings and fine tune the training session and make sure we have everything ready on the day.
Coordinate wine from wine merchants
Now, it’s time to gather some supplies. Joanne is always available to purchase wines for our training session from outside (extra fees apply). Although, the best examples will be wines from your list. Therefore, I’ll have you connect with your wine representatives to supply the wines for our training day(s).
Joanne will request your company’s logo to make everything look official on our day(s)!
Invoice and payment
When it’s time to settle the bill or send a deposit for booking, we’ve got a couple of options for you to choose from. You can gracefully hand over a classic cheque or swiftly make an e-transfer. If you prefer the convenience of using a credit card, no worries! We do accept them, but please note that there will be a small transaction fee applied.
The full payment is due on the day of the event. So, make sure you’ve got your financial ducks in a row, and we’ll take care of the rest.
