Copy of Left Bank Bordeaux

🍇 Put these Left Bank appellations in order from the largest areas making easy drinking wines not meant for ageing  and going up in quality to more concentrated wines  – and then up to the smallest appellations (village/ commune appellations) that make the most complex, sought after wines meant to be matured before being opened.

Note the regional appellations are made of mostly Merlot. However, the most famous village appellations have gravel soils that heat up during the day and reflect the heat back in the evening. These wines are made of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon.🎯
