The Basic process
I’ll need to learn a little about your restaurant, review your wine list and food menu, and undertand the style of service that works best for you. Then we set a date.
Design Wine Training
I’ll design a wine training program just for you and your staff and select wines for sampling and discussing during training day complete with powerpoint presentation.
You will secure the wines from your reps.
First Payment Due
50% of the payment is due one week before the training date.
We’ll discuss setup and I’ll need you and your staffs help building the room up for a wine tasting and class.
I’ll be there before game time to assist with setup and finalize AV set up. 1.15-2 hours all about wine (dependent on which; how to open it, serve it, and talk about it as well as how to listen to and your guests preference.
At the end of the presentation, I’ll ask you and your staff to take 5 minutes to fill out our survey to provide feedback.
