A Bottle of Her Own: Exceptional Wines and the Women who Make Them

What your wine tasting at home includes?

  • selection of 5 wines built around a theme (2 ounce tasting portion per wine)
  • wine glasses and spit cups
  • selection of cheese and charcuterie available for in home events (not available for virtual events)
  • wine tasting mats (each household will have to print them for virtual events)
  • wine list with space for your notes (each housefold will have to print them for vitual events
  • 1.5 hour presentation

  • selection of 5 wines built around a theme
  • we’ll email each household with a checklist to ensure you are ready!
  • a pdf of a wine tasting mat for each household to print
  • about a 1.5 hour presentation which includes screen sharing of photos, slides, and time for questions
  • on the day, you’ll recieve a link asking you to join us from your computer on Zoom

Wine Deliveries

Wine deliveries and therefore virtual wine tastings are currently available for British Columbia residents only.

Vancouver deliveries

For Vancouver, wine is delivered via Courier. We share your name, email address and phone number with the courier so they can arrange delivery times with you. Delivery times vary by area and are available from 11am-5pm on weekdays. Weekend deliveries are limited and will need to be arranged separately. 

As this is alcohol, someone must be home to recieve the wine delivery. A valid government-issued photo id must be shown to the driver to confirm the recipient is of legal drinking age.

BC deliveries outside of Vancouver

 

For all other areas within BC, wine is delivered to the nearest Canada Post Office for you to pick up where you will need to present a valid government-issued photo id showing that you are 19 years old or more.

 

For deliveries within Vancouver: Wines are usually delivered within 3 business days. Deliveries occur between 11 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. You will need to present a government-issued photo id to the delivery driver. Deliveries on weekends are limited but may be possible, and must be arranged with the driver separately.

Wines will be delivered to the nearest Canada Post office near you within 5 business days.
