Your book mentions the wine serving temperatures in Celsius and Fahrenheit as well as ‘lightly chilled’, ‘well chilled’ etc. However, WSET exams will only ask you to identify ‘lightly chilled’, ‘chilled’ etc. They will not expect answers in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
